MNSO Medical (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and what your rights are under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
Who we are
MNSO Medical, Central Park, Darlington, DL1 1GL. Email: hello@mnso.co.uk. We are the controller of the personal information described below.
What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, optional phone number, the service you are interested in, optional event date and location, and your message. We also record your IP address with the enquiry to help prevent spam and abuse.
Please do not include sensitive medical details about yourself or others in the contact form. If you need to share them, we will arrange a suitable way to do that when we reply.
Job applications: if you email our recruitment address (hr@mnso.co.uk), we keep your CV and the details you send, including your qualifications and DBS information, and use them only to consider you for work with us. Please send only what is needed.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, prepare a quote.
- To protect the website from spam and misuse.
- To meet our legal and insurance obligations where we go on to provide services.
Our lawful bases are your consent (given when you tick the box on the contact form), our legitimate interests in running and securing our business, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is sent by email to our team and saved on our website server so we do not lose it. Only authorised MNSO Medical staff can view saved enquiries, through a password-protected page. We use email, hosting and IT providers to run the website and our systems, and they process information on our behalf under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries (both the saved copy and the email) only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and to meet our legal and business obligations, then delete them.
Cookies and third-party content
This website does not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. It sets one essential cookie to remember your cookie choice. Optional Google Fonts are loaded only if you accept them, which shares your IP address with Google. Full details, and a way to change your choice, are in our cookie policy. Links to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for access to your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@mnso.co.uk.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
