Cookie policy

Last updated: October 2026

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. This page explains what this website uses and how you can control it. We keep things minimal: we do not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies.

Your choice

When you first visit, a banner asks you to accept all or reject non-essential items. You can change your mind at any time.

Cookies we set

NamePurposeLastsType
mnso_consent Remembers whether you accepted or rejected non-essential items, so we do not ask on every page. 6 months Essential, first-party
mnso_admin Keeps MNSO Medical staff signed in on the private enquiries page. Visitors to the public pages never receive it. Until you close your browser Essential, first-party

Essential cookies do not need your consent because the site cannot work properly without them.

Optional: Google Fonts

If you choose “Accept all”, your browser loads our typefaces from Google Fonts. Google receives your IP address and browser details when this happens. Google Fonts does not set cookies on your device, but we treat it as optional because it involves sharing data with a third party. If you reject, the site uses standard fonts from your device and everything else works the same.

Changing from “Accept all” to “Reject” takes effect the next time you load a page.

Other websites

Links to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn take you to those services, which have their own cookies and privacy policies. We do not embed their content on our pages.

Managing cookies in your browser

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may mean your choice is not remembered and the banner reappears.

Changes

If we add analytics or other tools in future, we will update this page and ask for your consent first. See also our privacy policy. Questions? Email hello@mnso.co.uk.
